Adhering to school policies regarding dress code, behavior, and campus regulations ensures that every student can learn and grow in a secure and structured setting.
ADMISSION
Admission applications must be submitted using the school’s official form, available at the school office or downloadable from the school’s website.
Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
For Pre-Primary and Class 1 admissions, a Birth Certificate must be submitted if the child has not previously attended any school.
A Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the previous school is mandatory.
The date of birth provided at the time of admission cannot be altered later.
Admitted students must join on the specified date; failure to do so may result in cancellation of admission.
The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.
ATTENDANCE
Regular attendance is crucial for academic performance. A minimum of 80% attendance is required for exam eligibility.
Leave of absence must be requested in writing and submitted in advance.
Students absent for 10 consecutive days without notification will be removed from the roll. Re-admission requires a fee of Rs. 500/-.
Attendance on the first day after each vacation is compulsory.
Students are not permitted to leave the school premises during school hours.
Requests for absence or late arrival should be documented in the school diary.
CLASS WORK AND HOME WORK
Class work includes both oral and written tasks. Regular class tests contribute to promotion decisions.
Daily homework is assigned in all subjects. Parents are requested to ensure its completion and sign the homework diary daily.
CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT
To minimize stress in early childhood, continuous assessment is conducted through class tests and worksheets.
PROMOTION CRITERIA
A minimum of 40% marks is required to pass each subject.
Grades reflect performance in both curricular and co-curricular activities.
Promotion decisions are based on overall performance throughout the year.
Medical certificates do not guarantee promotion. Students must achieve the required marks in other assessments if they miss any exams.
The Principal’s decision on promotion is final.
EXAMINATIONS/TESTS/ASSESSMENTS
Examinations are scheduled as follows:
Half Yearly Examination: September/October
Annual Examination: February/March
Unit/Periodic Tests are conducted as per the School Activity Calendar.
MCQ Exams for classes IV to IX & XI enhance reasoning skills.
Test marks contribute to the overall examination score.
Absentees will not be re-examined.
Unfair means during tests/examinations will be penalized.
PROGRESS REPORT
Progress reports are discussed with parents during Parent Teacher Meetings, usually held on the second Saturday after each examination. Monthly reports are also shared.
Soft copies of the Half Yearly Examination Report Card are available online.
Hard copies of the final Report Card, along with other documents, are distributed on Annual Result & Prize Distribution Day.
PARENTAL CO-OPERATION
Regular Parent Teacher Meetings and orientation programs foster parent-teacher coordination. Parents are encouraged to attend these meetings.
Parents should check and sign their ward’s School Diary daily to ensure homework completion and acknowledge remarks.
Attention to all school circulars and information is essential.
Active participation in school activities is requested.
Sick children should not be sent to school with medication.
Immediate notification of any change in address or phone number is required.
Applications must be signed by parents.
Parents should familiarize themselves with and adhere to school rules and maintain a cordial relationship with staff.
Lack of parental cooperation may result in the student’s rustication.
Compliance with school rules and regulations is mandatory for the welfare of the students.
TRANSFERS
Transfers between branches are subject to seat availability and require a written application to the Principal.
GENERAL RULES
Students must adhere to all disciplinary rules to maintain school decorum.
Punctuality and attendance at the morning assembly are mandatory. Latecomers need the Principal’s permission to enter class.
Accurate information must be provided in the admission application.
Proper and complete uniform is required; otherwise, students will not be allowed to attend classes.
Jewelry is prohibited.
Nails should be trimmed.
The school is not responsible for lost items. Students are responsible for their belongings.
Students cannot leave the school during hours without permission.
Parents and others cannot meet students or teachers during school hours without the Principal’s permission.
Lunch and water should be provided with the student.
The Principal can rusticate students with poor conduct.
Students must move orderly to classes after assembly.
Discipline is required throughout school hours, including during dismissal.
Contribution to school standards through conduct, discipline, manners, and commitment to activities is expected.
Students using personal conveyance must follow traffic rules. Riding two-wheelers without a license and helmet is prohibited.
Participation in extracurricular activities such as sports, debates, and competitions is encouraged.
Compliance with pandemic guidelines issued by the government and school authorities is mandatory.
A verified Gate Pass is required for parents/guardians entering the school premises.
LABORATORY RULES
Laboratory equipment is issued as per school rules.
Written permission is required to take equipment out of the laboratory.
Students must bear the cost of any damage during practical lessons.
Equipment must be returned before the Annual Examination, and a No Dues Certificate must be obtained to appear in the exams.
SCHOOL IDENTITY CARD
Students must have their identity cards at all times when on school premises or representing the school elsewhere in uniform.
CONCLUSION
The school management reserves the right to add, amend, or waive any rules and regulations without prior notice.
Interpretation of rules rests solely with the school management and is final and binding on all stakeholders.
All disputes are subject to Lucknow jurisdiction only.
1. Details of the school uniform can be obtained from the school office.
2. No changes to the color or design of the uniform are permitted.
Books will only be issued upon presentation of a valid library card.
Issuance and return of books are restricted to the designated library period.
Reference and fiction books are available for a one-week loan period.
Borrowers are responsible for any damage or loss of pages in the books they borrow. Students should inspect books before borrowing and report any damage to the librarian immediately.
If a book is lost, the borrower must replace it or pay a substantial fine. The Principal may take disciplinary action against students for misuse of the library or rule violations.
A fine of Rs. 50/- will be imposed for overdue books, and the library card will be confiscated for one week.
A fine of Rs. 100/- will be charged for lost or damaged library cards.
Books issued to borrowers should not be lent to others.
All borrowed books must be returned before the commencement of each exam. Failure to comply will result in the student being barred from taking the exam.
